1. ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Fully Automated Custom Solutions, LLC (the "Company"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

 

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

 

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on 3/8/2025 and ends on 3/9/2025. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants (the "Participant") may enter the Giveaway by following the instructions provided in the Giveaway announcement. Participants may double their chances of winning by liking, following, and commenting on the Giveaway posts on both Facebook and Instagram. The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or disruptions related to the submission process. Only one (1) entry per household is permitted.

 

5. PRIZE DETAILS
The prize consists of one (1) video doorbell, which includes 16GB of removable storage. The video doorbell requires a 16VAC wired doorbell location and a Wi-Fi connection with internet access for full functionality. The Giveaway assumes that the winner will self-install the device. The Company may offer installation services for a fee, which is not included as part of the Giveaway prize.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The winner will be notified via direct message or email within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. The Company reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility before awarding the prize.

 

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, the Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

 

9. PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

 

11. SPONSOR
This Giveaway is sponsored by Fully Automated Custom Solutions, LLC. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
